Had 5 trees removed by Martel and they did an amazing job! Huge pines and they had them down so fast and clean. CJ was great to work with, professional, friendly and fair! Will use again.

I had about twenty trees removed over two visits as well as a lot of branch trimming. Most of the crew were there for both days. Everyone was very professional and personable. The entire experience was great. Would highly recommend this company for any service that they provide. C. J. Came out the same day I called walked the entire property with me and gave me a quote on the spot. They were at my property within a couple of days to do the work.

CJ’s team removed two big oaks in my yard. They were careful not to hit house wires. It took about 2 1/2 hours with the stump grinding included. A few hours later the logs were picked up. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal.

Martel Crane & Tree Service has been amazing to work with. CJ (the owner) came personally to look around and give us an estimate for branches to be cut back, dead wood removed and one big tree cut down. I hired them immediately after meeting CJ. Sometimes you just get that feeling that this is the right company and that’s how we felt. CJ was upfront, honest, genuine, easy to understand and the proposal was written so well that we had no reason not to hire them. Laurie is the one who calls with the details etc… When they are coming, ways to pay etc… She was absolutely amazing. Another down to earth, genuine, caring, competent person working there. Laurie has such a calming presence and is always willing to explain anything or go over any questions. The actual job was top notch! They had a decent size crew here and the crew was nice and easy to talk to. They showed up exactly on time and communication throughout has been stellar! They cleaned up incredibly…yard looked great when they were done! There were a couple of branches they missed (it happens!) and I very lightly mentioned it to Laurie. CJ called me immediately and offered on his own, to come back out. When I tell you this is a top notch company, words can’t even begin to express how happy we were with the job, the company and everything in between! Customer service is a major factor for us when we do anything. This includes food, jobs, services etc… Martel Crane & Tree Service goes above and beyond in their customer service. Both my husband and I highly recommend!!!

C.J. responded to my request very promptly, stopped by the same day and provided the estimate. Crew had done a great job, removed 5 large trees in the back... everything was done very carefully, no damage to any of the shrubs, lawn, etc. Cleaned up all debris. Overall we are very happy with the service and will use this company again when need arises.

The crew did a great job removing a large fallen pine tree and all the mess. They have the equipment and know-how. Good communication and price.
